1:1 Personal Training

Semi-Private Training ( 2-3 people)

Workout with 1 or 2 other people in a supportive and motivating small group. These sessions combine the benefits of community with personalized attention, helping you connect with yourself and your body while enjoying a shared experience.

  • Beginner-friendly and women focused.

  • Variety of workout styles.

  • 45-60 minute training sessions in my home gym.
